Putchica

A word used to annoy the hell out of someone by slowly and repeatedly whispering it into someone's ear while making sure that your lips make a slightly wet sound each time you say it. For the ultimate annoyance factor also make sure that you blow some air into the object's ear as well.

The word puchica (with tilde in the u) is used as an expression of surprise, admiration, anger or fear by the jargon youth Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala and El Salvador and not has any significant meaning that is of an interjection and a euphemism.

in guatemala, the less vulvar way to say puta. its more acceptable to say in public.

a la gran puchica
translates to something like "oh crap" (it doesn't quite translate well). you say it in sort of a "holy shit that was crazy" sort of thing. but its not really a swear.
