Chalfont Playground is the birthplace of all chalfont tradition, from drinking at calvary track, to rolling fat doinks at hill, Chalfont Playground is a great place but wouldn’t be shit without Fridays at trails or the people residing in the neighborhood

Chalfont is a suburb outside of philly

there is also a Chalfont in northeast philly.Chalfont is right near Parkwood,Morrel, & right next to Franklin Mills Mall.Its the craziest neighborhood ever.no one fucks with us.if u make fun of our neighborhood u will def get rocked.everyone drinks & smokes at the cap than we go to steak & hoe (steak and hoagie works) and eat when were all fucked up.
