indentions or markings on the face left by lying on a beach towel or having your face pressed against the donut ring at the head of a massage table.

I feel great after that massage. I wonder when the towel face will wear off. OR That guy down the beach was gorgeous but did you see his towel face?

trowelface 

Someone who has applied excessive facial make-up, almost as if using a trowel to do so.

Becky's really nice, but what a trowelface.
