A word that is literally the words "Pokemon" and "Retard". Pretty self-explanatory.
Essentially, they are the incredibly toxic part of the Pokemon community who take ignorance to the next level, going as far as to attack people in the exact same community of them. They generally act very immature, and would be willing to start a flame war to anyone not agreeing with them. Should Pokemon be shunned in any way possible, they would begin to freak out about it regardless of the actual meaning.
