One with confidence issues who doubts themselves and purpose to the point of attempting to be a duplicate of their leader that they highly respect and admire.

Fallowers do anything to be like their leader they'll dress the same, act the same etc

Usually the kid that stands behind their leader and repeats what they say like an echo in most movies.

Your man Steve is such a "Random Follower" look at him following another 1,000 people that he has no interest in what they say or do. He is trying to boost his numbers.

Someone who just goes along with whatever everyone else is doing and doesn't think for themselves very much.

A crowd follower will typically see every popular new movie, vote for whoever the "cool" politician is and go along with whatever current pop culture says is in without actually putting much critical thought or research into it.

When someone is looking to gain followers on twitter so they follow a large number of people hoping to gain a couple and a few days later unfollow all of them, but still keep the followers they gained.

Person 1: im gonna get 200 followers tonight!!
Person 2: How do you plan on doing that?
Person 1: I'm goin fishin! ... Follower Fishing!!!!

follower bias 

When someone thinks a tweet/instagram post/etc is better than it really is simply because the poster has +10x more followers than they do.

That Rob Delaney tweet wasn't even funny, but he still got 2000 RTs. Total follower bias.
