A fashion trend characterized by comfortable, benign clothing similar to that worn by Mr. Rogers, from the well-known children's series, "Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood." Often includes a zip-up cardigan, plain button-down shirt, penny loafers, an unobtrusive tie, and slacks.
