As 'belegede' is the local Zambian term for drunk, it follows that 'belegede thursday' is the act of drinking (most commonly in excess) on a thursday night.

This is quickly becoming a tradition among Zambian youth, with Thursday nights becoming more & more popular for heavy drinking, especially at News Cafe.

An extremely gullible person, particulary with regard to being easily convinced to believe in untrue facts, usually due to misplaced trust in an unreliable "friend". The recursive backronym "Beglee the Extremely Gullible Lad of Extreme Entelligence" is occassionally applied. It is believed that "Entelligence" is an intentional ironic misspelling in this context.
That's the beglee that jumped off the wall and hurt himself when I told him it was perfectly safe.
