To be and stay at a constant steady level of coolness throughout a night. Its imposable for someone who has not been chiefing it, to chief it. This term is usualy overly repeated while drunk or stupid.

The theory goes, that if you Master Chief It with enough skill, no one can touch you until you slow down, hesitate or stop going in a straight line.
