when someone is annoying you or basically anytime you want to say someone is bullying you. usually said in a frail, weird awkward voice. I'm pretty sure this kid in my school made it up.

when you get someone to look at your hand, BELOW THE WAIST, making the okay symbol with your fingers. very common at most schools and immature people.

Ricky: I think you dropped your pencil.
