As of right now, they are in 1st place in the American League Central Division with a record of 30-23 and are light years ahead of their crosstown rivals, the Chicago Cubs (a.k.a. the "Scrubs"). The White Sox are home to some to superstars like Frank Thomas, Magglio Ordonez, Carlos Lee, and Mark Buerhle.

Baseballer doesnt know what he's talking about because it was the Red Sox who last won in 1918, not the White Sox. The white sox last appearance in the World Series was in 1959, but unfortunately lost.
