Similar to "OWNED!", "PWN3D", "BUSTED" (1990's), etc. This term is used to celebrate someone else's embarrassment.

Person 1: You really dropped the ball on that one...
Person 2: At least my balls have dropped!
Person 2 or Audience: Rip squad!
