A person from the burbs who have utter disregard for laws since they feel it don't apply to them

The snoburbian wanted his Starbucks and wifi but there was no where to park so he parked in the last handicapped space, creating a hardship for the person who needed it

When you become so drunk, that you hug a tree because they can't stand.
