Herpes that are found, or contracted, around the anal region. A portmanteau of butt and herpes that best defines how one receives and gives said herpes.

Dude the first: How did I get herpes?!
Dude the second: I told you that girl was dirty, man.

Dude the second: Foul! You got the burpes!
