Adj. An Exetard is a student of Exeter University and is clearly only there because mummy and daddy paid for them to go. Easily identifiable by their mating call, "Exe-tah", hence the term "Exetard"
You can tell mummy and daddy have thrown money at them to go to Exeter Uni. They're a proper Exetard!
