Fanhossauro (or Fanhosaur in English) is a Portuguese (Br) word meaning a dinosaur with a nasal voice/tone. The T-Rex dinosaur is missing the bottom part of the mouth, hence the nasal voice. It's the combination of the word "fanho" (having a nasal voice) with "dinossauro" (dinosaur).

It became a Brazilian meme: the FEX (t-rex + fanho).
"He speaks like the fanhossauro!"
or
"He is as ugly as the fanhossauro, he needs only now to scream FEX!"

From HIMYM: the name the freaking person behind the counter at probably a Starbucks shop will write on your coffee cup, but it's all wrong because they are deaf and it's not actually your name. Whenever you don't care about someone because they are completely irrelevant, you can also call them Swarley.

From HP: Another variation is Wheatherby.
PersonX: "Bye, Swarley."
Wheatherby *who tried to talk to a girl he likes but failed, turns around to leave with a pathetically sad face*: "It's Barney..."
