Guilt tabs 

When you have a web browser open for weeks/months on end and a stack of tabs build up on the left which need to be read properly, in sobriety and daylight but the dank clickbait memes keep taking over and distracting you. Closing them is impossible, you will read them one day!

When you taste your food and realise it's just too hot.

Matt cooked his favourite dinner, Thai Red Curry, but he was so excited to add flavour that he got curried away, and it was too hot to eat.
