Gooch Press

Gooch Press is the male version or equivalent of the kegel stretch or exercise for women.

Bobby has been doing the Gooch Press three times a week to help strengthen his core.

During her pregnancy Susie Q did her kegel exercises all day, and Bobby did the gooch press.
