Spalok 

noun. - pron. spa-löhk - A palok who is smart. The Spalok might be street smart or have a sharp brain, but is still uneducated, dresses ugly and reeks of terrible body odour. E.g. fish sellers in tram depot bazaar.

Mondol has earned money in his lifetime but still has no class or culture. He is a Spalok.

noun. - origin: India- pronunciation: puh-löhk - A person who lacks culture and taste in life, maybe rich but exhibits narrow-mindedness.

Even after years of education and a job that earned him quite a big bank, he remains at the end of the day a palok.
