A portmanteau of beer and radar, meant to signify an enhanced alertness whenever beer is mentioned.

obviscate

Similar to obfuscate, but instead of completely obscuring important or sensitive details from a document, only obvious details are obscured.

That Top Secret NSA document was merely obviscated and thus revealed the name of the target; this was due to the incompetence of whoever failed to properly redact the pdf before publishing it for the world to see.
