An inability to obtain and/or maintain an erection, as a result of an over-consumption of alcohol.

Almost got head of that blonde bird last night. Shame brewer's flop killed my chances.

A term used by people who have spent too long in the sun without suncream, aka. an extreme case of sunburn.
