Ratchet may refer to anything with a level of jankness that reveals it was not made by professionally adhering crafted, anf/or may not produce authentic or sufficient results.

That job Dave did on the windows is so ratchet I doubt it will last the first winter storm.

Marta 

Marta can be used to describe either a person place or thing that is used for accommodating a person from one Posite to another this could be in a relationship or travel or any other category of life however the other key component of this defining term is that it will cost you more than it is typically considered reasonable for the accommodation from such a thing if it is a Marta model.
