turtling

In Tribes, and probably other games, where the flagholder hides inside the base where no one can get them. This is generally outlawed on base servers, as it leads to boring, stalemated games. Also one of the reasons why o sniping isn't allowed.

A person who sits on IRC all day while smoking cigarettes. When he sleeps, which is rare, he does so on a mattress made of CPU fans. Curse his metal body.

o sniping

Offensive sniping. In Tribes, and probably other games, where players with no skill snipe enemies at their own base. This often leads to turtling of the flagholder.
