The act of stepping off the curb in front of a car, then purposly slowing down. Usually the nigger walker will stare at the driver of the car.

A group of militant extremist, who only believe their oppinions count. They will step over a starving human so they can rescue a flea covered rat from a storm drain. If you disagree with their views they will attack.

The PETA members beat the shit out of a homeless man because he ate a hotdog he found in the trash.
