Computer programming code (typically APIs in a framework) where the use requires many specific things to be done before and/or after it in order for it to function but had it been in a more elegant way, could have been eliminated entirely. Many times the designers of these frameworks feel that what they're doing is so big, complex and important that requiring the consumers to perform the ceremony is completely justifiable. If they make it easy for you, they don't think you'll appreciate their genius. It can many times be assumed that the author would add that you kneel before him/her before you get the privilege of using their API if that were practice didn't completely expose their douchbaggery. They tend to get off on their (over-engineered) "cleverness" (codesturbation) and want others to regard them as code masters as well.
Microsoft's .NET framework requires a lot of ceremonial code to accomplish some truly mundane tasks... whereas Ruby On Rails thinks all that ceremony is simply a waste of developer time.

colloquial phrase. Indicates the worst of something. Nothing could ever be worse than sucking Hitler's dick. If the idea of sucking dick isn't unpleasant to you, then bringing pleasure to a mass murdering egomaniac hopefully is. The phrase can be expanded upon to give extra emphasis of just how terrible by describing the size, sweatiness, or that he'd eaten asparagus and came in your mouth without warning you first.
"This party is really sucking Hitler's dick."

"I totally sucked Hitler's dick on that test, why did I even bother taking it."

"Last week's workload sucked Hitler's salty, sweaty dick. And it's a huge cock... then he sprayed his Arian jizz in my eye."

Conservatives who think it means something to do with "trans" and that's all they know. Ask a conservative man if he's "cisgendered" and many will say "no" because they don't' know the actual meaning of the word. They don't know that saying "no" to being cisgendered means they are trans.
Conservatives being told cisgendered meant sisgendered.

Code that a programmer produces that serves no purpose other than being self-gratifying. Typically involving some new framework or language feature unnecessarily just because it's "cool" but where it adds nothing.
Sure we could re-write the application to use a more service-oriented model, but it won't gain us anything over what we currently have and amounts to nothing more than codesturbation.
