A declaration. When people are at a party it's not truly a party unless an individual at said party delares "it's a party!"

Twitch 

Name given to an individual who violently convulses when hit in the head by a larger individual. This individual is usually week and overmatched in these situations which makes them vulnerable to head injuries.

Hey, did you see that guy twitch when he hit the ground.

Those individuals who have an overabundance of chest hair to the point where it seems to migrate up their neck toward the chin area.

Kevin's not wearing a turtle neck sweater...he just has a bad case of fur neck.
