Time for traffic problems in Fort Lee

When a political vendetta is focused on local leaders constituents because he won't support a major politician. E.g., jamming up traffic for 1000's of constituents. Many constituents may unwittingly end up focusing their anger on the local leader, who is helpless in such a situation. The vendetta is obvious to the local leader, however it is hard to prove. When he protests he is mocked and humiliated, and made to look like a paranoid, delusional conspiracy theorist or incompetent idiot. The wide publicity from the vendetta creates an exponential impact on other non-supporters of the major politician, so they get the message and jump in line so they do not end up being humiliated, or in political gridlock.
Since the real perpetrator always has plausible deniability he can claim to be blindsided, heartbroken, embarrassed, humiliated and betrayed by his zealots, and his stupid goons. The ability of the perpetrator to transform himself into the victim by playing to people's empathy, sympathy, and by using an army of spin doctors who can saturated the media with a new image is a true accomplishment. The perpetrator's success may end up further enhancing his ability to inspire fear in those who may not aspire to come to his rescue. This works best when a complete account of conspiracy theory cannot show a direct connection, such as by a paper trail, or by testimony from stupid aides and appointees.
When stuck in gridlock traffic for hours.

Affirmative reaction

Affirmative reaction the person responsible for hiring employees crosses the line and illegally excludes qualified people from consideration because of their personal, political, spiritual, and/or economic beliefs.
Monica could you please explain your employment practices?

Yes, we have affirmative reaction. We exclude everyone who will not agree with us on every decision. We want some one who will not question bad judgement and illegal activities. This is a very open policy, many of these people are highly unqualified, and who would not normally be hired.

splinching

Splinching occurs in the planning process when a plan that is being transformed into reality is missing critical elements. Often these are important legal requirements that were put in the plan to mitigate proposed impacts and to make a bad plan pass review with strong opposition. The result often end in dire consequences. Somethings can be fixed, but often there is a mess, and the develpers often wiggle out of them, or ignor the reqirements, because they will be much less pressure to enforce them once the plan is adopted. The problem is often exasperated when when the developer runs out of money and goes bankrupt.

Splinching also occurs during apparition process between when a wizard disparates (disappears) and apparates (appears some where else). Splinching is the unintended spliting of the wizard and results in an incomplete wizard. To undo the problem the Ministry's Accidental Magic Reversal Squad is required.
Activist one: This plan is going through some serious splinching problems. They aren't putting in the environmental safe guards like they promised, and the water coming out of here looks like an LSD experience.

Activist two: Where's the County's Accidental Magic Reversal Squad when you need it.

Activist three: There sound asleep in the bed of the developers.
