A person who demonstrates his or her pompous nature by spewing sarcastic comments that are uncalled for in any given situation.

Primarily used in the South San Francisco Bay Area, it's pretty much the same as spun. More specifically, refers to a beeotch who toots too much crank.

That chick is one spun cookie.
