This originated from tennessee.Martial Arts was a whole different experience in the south than from a lot of parts in the US. similar to brazian Zui Zitsu style.

Term in reference to the pain, and uncomftorableness while menstrating. Comparable to a rope being tied to a a bowling ball in the woman's uterus and the other end tied to the core of the earth, while the rope tightening and tighening. menstration period cunt
