A device used for smoking cannabis widespread throughout the southwest of england. It consists of a bottle cut off at the bottom with a plastic bag taped over the end. Suction is created at the cap by pulling the bag down. This sucks your cannabis smoke into the bottle and bag, and the whole bottle bag is taken at once providing a great rush.
