Combination between "whore" and "sarcasm"; When one goes around sarcastically boasting that they slept with all these people.

Vicky: "So, last night I slept with Dave again, and last week, I made out with Steven, and then...."

Brad: "God, Vicky, we all know you have a boyfriend that you're faithful to. Knock it off with the whorecasm!"
