An individual that doesn't care about his personal hygiene and is missing teeth from decay and neglect, yet still does o.k. for themself in other aspects of life.

Hey bruce you toothless wonder, the doctor found your four front tooths, they was hanging on jessies nut sack! Pick em' up at the office.
