When your body is suffering from a belly that is extremely fat and your tits are smaller than your belly. So when you sit down, your stomach sticks out further than your "tits-do".

Cheri felt bad because she noticed while eating her donut at her desk filled with crumbs that she had a severe case of "tits-do".
