when soemone is "gocky" looking they generally are quite troll like in characteristics.This is an insult usually used in and around the glasgow area as an insult.

"god man look at this idiot , he's so gocky!"

well when used around the glasgow vecinity "whopper" is used to decribe a piece of information as termanologically inexact (a lie)
