It’s when another person’s pressure, manipulation, or emotional dumping wraps around your mind like a vice and leaves you frozen, drained, or powerless.
Used when:
Someone pushes their feelings, guilt, expectations, or drama onto you so hard that you feel mentally constricted — like your emotional airway just got cut off.
