Dishappeared

When you work in a restaurant and take something to be cleaned to the dishwasher and you never see it again. Can also be when you're looking for something and you haven't been able to find it in weeks and it's suddenly back

Man I took that spatula to dish and I never saw it again, it's like it just dishappeared.
Hey Joe, where did you find the spatula?
I didn't, It just dishappeared.

Gluten Bias

A condition where no matter how good the food is, if it doesn't contain gluten it can't be eaten.
