the act of a male pulling one testicle out over his waistband and covering it with his shirt. then he lifts the shirt to unsuspecting victims to reveal what looks like a growth on his lower abdomen

joel: did you go to the beach?
jimmy: yeah. i got a sea wart.
joel: let me see...OHHH!!
