Compnesta 

An area full of the world's most dangerous ganglords and drug-barons. The spot where most of the illegal and secret trade happens is at 'The Cerb' located just outside 'Thugz Mansion'. The most notorious drug dealer in these parts is in control of all the major gangs and the 'Crack & Meth trade'. He is known only as 'Stoner Cat' or 'Biggles' to hide his true name. It is also rumoured that he owns a whorehouse across the street from his drug 'Den' and at night a red light is turned on when 'the bitches' are 'working'.
