Shwee is a happy noise. It is usually made by a girl whom by nature is cute and cuddly like a degu. A degu is related to the chinchilla and a squirrel like animal.

It is also a loving sound. To shwee at someone is showing your own cuteness and your affection for another. Weather it be a friend ship or intimate relationship.

The girl rolled around on the floor and curled up into a ball while her boyfriend watched her. He laughed at her when she looked towards him and made a soft sound, "Shweee!!"
