A word to describe someone who has a disease that affects the lymph nodes all across your jawline. They will swell, become tender to the touch, and feel uncomfortable and painful. Usually spread by intercourse with a tweaker or just intercourse with someone extremely unsanitary.

Haven't you heard? Mike is currently lymphargic due to banging the most "SHOCKING WORST TWEAKING METH HEAD EVER AT WALMART."

infiltrating rizz

A sub-category or classification of rizz that is done by using feminine mannerisms in order to be percieved as "one of them". This often gives the rizzee the impression that you are relatable, eventually leading up to an invite to the sleepover.

"Yo did you hear? Ja Morant got into the sleepover! That guy's got infiltrating rizz."
