An insult meant for describing someone that is both bitchy and fat giving them the look of the Michelin man with major PMS! This person can be male or female. This person can also have or not have a menstrual cycle.
Someone should have told you that you can't become less bitchelin by watching P90X seated while you drink a hundred and one Dr. Peppers a day!
