The language an individual speaks when a dentist is asking questions while working on his/her teeth. Is usually depicted as continuous gurgling and nonsense, and is quite difficult for non-dental experts to understand.
Dentist: (cleaning teeth) "So, how has school been going lately? Getting good grades, I assume!"
Patient: (speaking dentish) "Gloshfolshlshlsosshshsohgsohslgshoo."
Dentist: "That's wonderful! Hey, could you open up a little wider?"

Typically a group of two incredibly arrogant, dim-witted people who think they are the complete and utter shit. They back each other up with completely meaningless arguments in every single situation, and when they are together, they consider themselves "unstoppable".
Jon: "Although you two might disagree, my personal opinion is that my side of the argument is clearly correct due to the numerous facts I have presented."
Dick 1: "HAHAHAHA you're a faggot."
Dick 2: "Lord help you, Jon, you sick little problem child."
Dick 1: "Yeah, while we're on the subject, I hate your entire personality, Jon."
Jon: "The fact that you two idiots are still arguing against me is staggering. I swear, you guys are the biggest dick duo I know."
