to be a 'JD', is a person or persons' that acts like a 15 year old girl when times get tough and someone that fails too fund work expenses due too 'kinder grade standard' organisational skills. A 'JD' may also promise many outcomes, that are never accomplished. A JD is renowned for 'jumping the gun' or just being downright premature in the workplace, and his boyfriends place.
