A threat of severe weather that is significantly below what has been predicted. Even worse than a borenado.

Saul: Man, the weather has been saying' all day that there was a threat of sever thunder storms tonight but the only rain is 50 miles away. This has turned out to be a real borenado.

Matt: Yeah, a real Snorenado even.

A synonym of "cigarette butt"; specifically one with a little tobacco left.

Raúl: Look at that guy sifting through the dustbin for cigarette butts.
Paul: There is no way I am smoking the dibbens.

Vagrant: Gots to be smoking the dibbens.....DIBBENS!
