Aalu

A problem that you pass on to an unsuspecting co-worker.

The problem is usually passed from one to another.

Aalu is the Urdu word for potato - so the term originates from Hot Potato

"Damn, I'm going to have to aalu this shit."

Phattu 

A slightly offensive term used to denote fear, cowardcice and nervousness.

The term has a sexual connotation. (It refers to the loss of a girls virginity- Urdu word for tear or break).

But is used by most people as slang for coward or getting scared.

"Omar is so phattu"

" When I saw my boss comin in door i phat-ofied"
