Trying to get someone to see the bright side of their crappy situation, instead of acknowledging their feelings and letting them grieve/ mourn/ be disappointed, etc. A portmanteau of "condescend" and "sunshine."

Don't parade on my rain. It's rude to condesunshine.

Colorful, rune-like, hand-drawn markings that indicate the presence of current or future public utilities underneath on pavement or asphalt.

The utiliffiti spread out across the corner and intersection, portending water lines and electrical cables with an inadvertently artistic flair.
