"Sci-Fright" is quite simply a scary science fiction movie. It is one that incorporates not just science fiction elements but horror and terror as well. Some good examples would be the line of "Alien," "Terminator," and "Starship Trooper" films for instance.
"I went to the bijou down the road and saw the very newest Sci-Fright called, "The Brain Eaters Are Coming." It was awesome."

A Piconian is a polite and friendly term of addressing anyone in the Pico-8 community, especially if they produce code for it. Pico-8 is A Fantasy Console developed by ZEP and touts well over 14,000 games and carts written in it.

And I oop is a viral phrase from a video by drag queen Jasmine Masters. It has since become stereotyped as a catchphrase of VSCO girls. "Andioop," "And I Oop," or "I oop" can be playfully used to express shock, surprise, or embarrassment.
