Dunkadelic Jackpot

Is a basketball slang term used to describe a team that wins the chance in a draft lottery to select a marquee college or high school star player. The recruiting of a high school star player to a major college program.

Cleveland hit the $100 million dollar Dunkadelic Jackpot in the 2003 NBA draft and selected LeBron James with the #1 overall pick. Chicago won 6 NBA titles after hitting the Dunkadelic Jackpot in 1984 with the selection of Michael Jordan.

Dunkadelic Phat 5 of College Basketball

The Phat 5 had a team in the National Championship game during the entire 1990's from 1990-1999. All of the Phat 5 programs had atleast 1 appearance. They won 6 of the 10 National titles.

* UNLV won by the largest margin ever in NCAA Championship history ( 30 ). They are also the only team to score more than 100 points in a Champioship game. Duke got revenge against UNLV the next year in the 1991 semi-final and went on to win the 1991 NCAA Championship. They won it again in 1992 being the first team to repeat as National Champion since the 1972 and 73 UCLA Bruins.

The Phat 5 run during the 90's was simply that Phat, it may never happen again. Now that's Dunkadelic!!!!!

Dunkadelic Facejob

Is a basketball slang " catch phrase " for a slam dunk that is done over another player with attitude and power; ( aka ) " In your Face " dunk.

Most smaller players like to give a Dunkadelic Facejob to bigger and stronger players. Scottie Pippen gave Patrick Ewing one of the sickest Dunkadelic Facejobs I've ever seen back in 1994.

Dunkadelic Phat-Jam Crew

Is a basketball slang " Catch Phrase " for a team that features players from the Hip Hop culture that play the game above the rim. Is a nickname that is a combination of the ( Dunkadelic ) terminology, the Hip-Hop term ( Phat ), the Hip-Hop record lable ( Def Jam ), and the urban term of a Hip-Hop group of friends ( Crew ).

The Los Angeles Lakers of Kobe, Shaq, and Nick " The Quick " were young and talented they were also known as the " Dunkadelic Phat-Jam Crew ". The Suns of 2004-05 is the new " Dunkadelic Phat-Jam Crew " of the NBA with Amare, Q-Rich, and The Matrix Shawn Marion.

Is a basketball slang term given to players who make dunking a major part of their games.

Shaquille O'Neal is an intimidating and powerful Dunkadelic Machine night in and night out. Amare Stoudemire is a high octane Dunkadelic Machine on the fastbreak of the Suns.

Dunkadelic Backbreaker

Is a basketball slang " catch phrase " used to describe a slam dunk that takes the heart and energy out of an opposing team. Makes an opposing team call time out and brings the crowd to their feet.

Shaq dropped a Dunkadelic Backbreaker on Portland that sent them home, and the Lakers to the 2000 NBA Finals. Dwayne Wade all but ended the game vs. Minnesota with a crushing Dunkadelic Backbreaker over " The Big Ticket " Kevin Garnett that lead to a Miami victory.
