toe rag

it was originally a peice of rope used by people on boats to wipe their rear ends.

it was hung outside the boat in the water and when it was needed it would be pulled in and used.

not it is used as an insult because it sounds funny

eg1: dave: ahhh that was a good crap and that toerag was relatively fresh :P

eg2: megan rachel: OMG I hate Dan Mulqueen he is sutch a toe rag
