A man who has been hanging out with women too much, and has become unpalatable to his male buddies.
Similar to pussywhipped, except a pussified person is not in a relationship, while a pussywhipped person is.

A: What's Rod been up to?

B: I haven't seen him much, ever since he moved in with his new chick roommate.

A: He's been pussified.

B: I guess he'd rather go shopping for new outfits.
