Prominent punctuation enlarges periods and commas by drawing a circle around each period, and by drawing a large upward pointing arrow head above each comma. Then, to help him see where a text's periods and commas were on a paper when writing a first draft or subsequent version of a paper, he started adding a cicle to all the periods and an upward-pointing arrow head to all the commas in a paper. Four-years later he named his technique "prominent punctuation" and submitted it to UrbanDictionary.com to request their approval.

People and animals decide how to act based on a sophisticated and usually subconscious cost /benefit analysis they conduct.
People and animals have already run a cost/benefit analysis of each behavior they repeat, and know the benefit(s) repeating each of those actions will yield.

No one says, intellectual people, everyone says, "intellectuals". Call stupid people "stupids", and call ignorant people "ignorants". Ignorance is environmental, stupidity appears to be genetic. Though it is not easy and it may not be possible to determine if an action was ignorant or stupid, ignorance engenders stupid actions by individuals who are not stupid.

Two or more stupid individuals that are alive, but “stupids” could include the stupid individuals who have passed away.
The quantity of people who often do stupid things, compared to the quantity of people who do not do stupid things, or do them rarely, is growing.
Though probably everyone wishes there were very few or preferably no stupid people, confronted by their presence (which in some ways often emanates their stupidity), and sometimes injured mentally or physically by their stupid actions, we all need to give that group of people a name to help everyone deal with the growing number of what I compassionately call “stupids.”
I wrote, “compassionately,” because it is wise to never blame someone for doing stupid things, because God probably did not give them the amount of intelligence a person needs to use to differentiate a stupid thing or action from one that is not stupid.
